About the Creation

Justine Berthault created ecofriendly lanterns made with Willow branches and wet strength paper to decorate Alexandra Palace for Haringey Feast. Along with artist Andy D’Cruz, Justine ran drop-in workshops for local people at St. Ann’s Library.

Justine Berthault

Justine Berthault is a theatre set designer and prop maker passionate about creating visual stories. Her practice as a set designer has a strong focus on immersive experiences, whether for a show or special event.

Andy D'Cruz

Andy D’Cruz has been a practising artist for over 25 years. 

He has produced and exhibited work in the UK and abroad. This has included large-scale sculpture as well as paintings and drawings, for permanent and temporary exhibitions, public outside spaces and more intimate gallery venues.

About the Community

Justine and Andy ran ecofriendly drop-in workshops at St. Ann’s Library where local residents joined in with making the lanterns for the Haringey Feast!
